to be able to properly do the workouts you would need to beable to perform pullups (i.ehang from something)
If full pullups are too heavy a chair can be used to support some of your weight( gradually moving it away from you as you get stronger)
Also the running in place exercises preferably use a theraband like rubber "band" so you get some extra resistance.
The first time I did the exercise I didn't have the band and it made me a little peeved, but I still got really tired.
Instead of doing one of these aday, do all of them in one go, adds up to about 55minutes.
