Evolutionz' comment: There is some crazy stuff in this video and it is worth watching just for fun . . . way more worth watching if you intend to actually do this stuff. I have a friend who attended a Paul Chek High Performance Core Conditioning seminar in person and Paul did all of these exercises live, one right after another for something like three continuous hours of core conditioning demonstration. Frigging amazing!!
