Two different techniques, a collection of one exercise: fat burning cardio and strength exercises with bodibarom. Both segments are constructed on the basis of kick-boxing. Kimberly will make you feel the energy of this boxing. Aerobic part consists of various combinations of fast - strikes, kicks, crosses and Shuffle. It is followed by part using body bars, unites strength exercises and aerobic effect. Keeping bodibar both hands, you will need, as a stick to hit an imaginary enemy - high, low, in the lunge, stepping back. Training ends with the power unit with dumbbells.
