This is the two DVD's on I Phase. This is the phase after R-Phase. I have not yet found the IPhase PDF manual. Most of Steve Maxwell's joint mobility is self-admittedly based on this. Although he keeps it to "functional" joint mobility whereas ZHealth seems to expand into areas not commonly seen in fitness like the jaw and eyes.
