Burn this ISO using PowerISO or any other Image File burner on a disc and put it in your CD drive. Restart your computer and wait till it gives you a opportunity to launch it from the disc. After that follow instructions to install Windows XP Professional. It WILL ask you for a key/serial when you try to install it when your IN Windows. So when you try to "install"
( heck why would u do that anyway? ) Windows XP when you already have it installed.
TIP: If you want a complete CLEAN install it's best to format any other drives where your Windows XP is not installed so it's complete clean/empty and after that you can format the drive you got Windows installed to. That's most of the time drive C:\. To format the drive where Windows is installed you first need to start your computer with the disc and after that you get a choice to format the drive. You can of course back-up things using a disc or a removable hard drive. You can also mail small files to yourself in e-mail. It must be under 10 MB. So it could be torrents or small cracks for other applications or any other software.

FURTHER NOTE AS OF AUG 2010 (IMPORTANT): I usually edit my host file to make sure Microsoft can't connect to my computer to see if I got a pirated version. Normally when I have a check with Microsoft Update it says it's a valid copy of Windows but I always edit the hosts file right after the installation of Windows XP. It's located at - WINDOWS -system32 -drivers -etc and has no extension whatsoever. So for me my OS is installed in C:\ so my path to this file is C:\Windows\system 32\drivers\etc\. Open it with Wordpad or Notepad. In the explanation you see how to add websites. To make sure Microsoft doesn't connect to your computer and sees you pirated version of windows you have to add this:
