On the whole I enjoyed this book. I enjoyed the glimpse into early Victorian life, and I adore the Kane brothers who are darn right yummy. And Trystan is so sweet yet manly. The sex scenes are sexy and the supporting characters are interesting. I cannot wait for Archer to get his story, and I am rather hoping Lady Theone gets her own story because I think she deserves a lovely man. But...yes...there's a but...I didn't enjoy Vienne that much. I liked the concept of a female rake; a strong woman who has made her own way in a very male world. But I found Vienne to be rather cold. And all the shilly shallying..."will we get together or won't we", started to get on my nerves. I have to say that there was a point when Trystan said "I'm going to move on" and I gave a big cheer yelled..."Get on with it then!!". That being said, I loved the last scene when everyone gets their happy ending.
