I am a fan of Linda Howard's. The story reminded me of the writing she did years before. I still don't guite know what to say about the book where the woman was killed by the hit man and then brought back to life by her dead son. I liked her last two books. I really think the author had met a woman like the one that got killed, because she described her perfectly. I loved the male character. I have days that crap happens and never go in that store again. So I related to his plight. I gave it four stars because I don't know if it is one of the books I couldn't wait to read again, like some of her others. But I liked it.
