“This triple CD selection is based on over two decades of deep DJ experiences. The impact of seeing jazz dancer, Michael Knot of IDJ, dancing to ‘Acid Trax’ by Phuture, in the back room of a pub in Teddington, produced one of those seminal moments that, Gilles maintains, radically changed his view of acid house. For his take on the contemporary house scene you simply need to touch down on Disc 1. It’s soulful and upfront and collects together a wickedly eclectic selection he’s picked up on his worldwide travels. There’s Mario Vidis, Phil Asher (Phlash & friends) and ''a really big tune by Simbad feat.
