A free online primer that gets readers up to speed on Wildstorm's superheroes including a first year's worth of World's End. It has pin-ups and bios for the Wildcats, The Authority, Gen 13, Stormwatch P.H.D., and Dv8. This was actually distributed as a free giveaway at the San Diego Comic Con in July 2009 and also given away at comic shops the week following the convention. This is writer Chris Dalpe's first professional work; he was a fan who goes by the screen name of "chris striker" and who runs the Wildstorm fansite "The Higher Authority" and who was asked by Wildstorm to write this issue. Later on July 7, 2010, it was published as a free web comic as part of Wildstorm's online digital offerings and can be found at comixology.com.
