Pretty good, I have to say. I enjoyed this book. I enjoyed the mystery of it - it's been a long time since I've read a crime novel where who committed the crime is unknown the reader. I like trying to guess. The characters were believable. I did think the ending was a little drawn out - the climax. But that could just be me.
The last pages closed the story nicely - not just wrapping up the question of who committed the murder but also wrapping up the MC's life in a way that wasn't necessarily happily ever after, but it certainly wasn't sad, and it was definitely realistic.
