Summary: Quintessential Purchase for every MBA aspirant (via GMAT) Rating: 5 Quintessential Purchase for every MBA aspirant (via GMAT)....even you don't plan to appear for GMAT ....going through this book with fill you with more analytical approach in general....One should buy this first and then if required go for Kaplan, Princeton etc. Awesome book: awesome price and more than your money can offer. Summary: Very structured with lots of good content... Rating: 4 I was pleasantly surprised by the GMAT Review book when I first opened it. It actually read well from the beginning and I like the way the questions get progressively more difficult as you go. I think it is a really good buy, and cant wait to sit the exam. Summary: Great book for GMAT preparation Rating: 5 The book is precise and good. Lots of practice exercises are there to test your understanding. Summary: This is a MUST have Rating: 5 There is one key to the GMAT: Being able to solve the questions. The questions will be different from any questions you have ever done before. Key is therefore: Knowing the methods to solve them, and having experience in solving these types of questions. GMAT, however, owns their official questions, and so these are not freely available. Other books will therefore either contain a limited number of licensed questions, or in-house created ones, which may or may not correspond to the official. This book is the principal one to have, for the offical questions it contains. It is the first one to buy. Secondly, the GMAT Review Maths and Verbal ones are also vital, as they contain a mass of further official questions (several hundreds). If you are serious about the GMAT, get them all. These however do NOT go into detail about certain techniques and methods to be used to solve some problem types more easily. You should therefore get at least one other non-GMAT-Review book. I recommend the Princeton Review ones, which I also bought. Summary: Excellent book Rating: 5 This is one of the book which i think every body should use for hir GMAT exam. It can be truly said Bible of GMAT. Highly recommended.
