I absolutely loved the heroine in this book! I love having a strong, capable woman in a novel and I have never seen one better than Linnett. I don't mind that she is somewhat selfish, self-centered and domineering (I am too!) I actually preferred having the female carry the story rather than the male character and save the day many, many times. I will agree that the sex scenes were numerous and heavy, and I skipped through them. But again, I think this is the best of the Black Cobra books so far!!!
