Mara is a bit much to take. She is super bitchy, and you can't help but not like her - but she seemed a little over the top. It was a lot to take in a short book to watch Cole break up with his fiance and fall in love with another woman by the end of the story. There is not any conflict between Cole and Rocki within the story - only outside conflict of the stalker and Mara. Cole and Rocki's relationship seemed too nicely tied up.
But like I said, I liked this one. Rocki takes a chance on romance - she has this brave side of her that comes out that I enjoyed. I just don't find myself thinking about this one after "The End."
