The way that the plot itself played out reminded me a bit of a Lifetime movie and since it's based on the Bundy killer's tale it probably couldn't have been any other way. Many of the scenes were just plain awkward, even icky, and I often found myself wishing they were over. It's not a bad book by any means, but it's definitely not the most comfortable read and I'd only recommend it to those who don't mind squirming in their seats a lot.
