Nini Rosso, aka Raffaele Celeste Rosso (San Michele Mondovi, September 19, 1926 - Rome, October 5, 1994) was an Italian trumpeter.
Biography
After a decent career and jazz orchestra (the orchestra of the master Cynic Angelini) decides to launch solo light, signing a contract with the Titanus (record label distributed by Durium, as well as the next Sprint).
His first album, Ballad for Trumpet, had some success, in 1963, participates in the soundtrack of the film difficult to love, written by maestro Piero Umiliani love with the song Lane 43.
The blow of his life came in 1964 with Silence, lightweight version of "Silence out of order" played in the barracks. The song was recorded by chance during a concert at Palaeur of Rome before an audience of military decided to run it with a melancholy in which the acting well describes the loneliness of a conscript who gives a romantic goodnight to his girlfriend away, and the 'reception was explosive.
