Start off with one, single little hen, an empty field and a few pennies. Once your hen starts laying eggs, sell them to the Shopkeeper so you can start buying new animals at the Penny Fair, to grow yourfarm bit by bit. Be careful to feed and look after your animals well though, or you risk them going elsewhere!
