Millie Dobie is an accomplished and highly qualified fitness instructor who has worked as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and pilates teacher for 10 years. Brought to the public eye with her fitness and pilates work with Gordon Brown during his 2008 summer break in Suffolk she continues to run her busy studio in Halesworth as well as bringing up her daughter Saffie. Millie is very passionate and serious about her profession in pilates and general fitness. This attitude shines through and her clients are enthused by her own brand of motivation ... indeed the Prime Minister enjoyed his time with her immensely and said in a recent interview with Piers Morgan that Millie was very good indeed. Inspired by the methods of Joseph Pilates Millie has trained at Stotts Pilates and has achieved the required YMCA qualifications for her work as a fitness instructor. She is also certified by the National Register of Personal Trainers. Of her profession she says I encourage my clients to stay attune to their bodies by taking notice of their strengths and weaknesses and to strive toward incorporating pilates movements or cardio fitness into their everyday lives ... there is nothing more satisfying to me than making a difference, and seeing the happiness and benefits a more healthy body and mind can bring to someones life ... .
