Summary: Had to buy it for a class - more self-help philosophy
Rating: 3
I had to buy this book for a class on change management. Other than that I wouldn't have considered it. No real new information and was mostly about the philosophy on fear of change than the manangement of technical changes - which would be more in my interest.
