I will say that I see your frustration. I get it. I hated Kiyo all through the last book and love, love, loved Dorian--even with his manipulative nature. And yes, Eugenie's whiplash inducing decision seemed like just a big plot point. That said, I love Mead's writing enough that I went with it. I went along for the ride, figuring Eugenie made a stupid decision and now let's see the consequences of it. I'll def read the next one, and in spite of Eugenie's choices, I enjoyed this one too.
