I have been a "Dragonriders" series fan since the 1970's and have followed the adventures of the dragonridgers of Pern avidly. I have to say, that I am extremely dissapointed in this book by Todd McCaffrey. There seems to be no consistencey in his story and it ends way to abrubtley with no resolution of any of the problems encountered by the characters. Very, very dissapointing and no legacy for Anne.
