This program is probably the largest
project I’ve undertaken in a while. The
effort it took to research all the various
elements of conversation and persuasion
was enormous, as you can well
imagine.
It wasn’t until after the project was
completed that I decided I needed to
compose a reference tool for all the
information contained in it.
So what I’ve created here is a brief
summary (in bullet points) of most of
the major points of the program so
that you could reinforce your learning
with a visual component.
It’s my hope that this book will serve
as a handy reference for you. Feel free
to print a copy and use it as a workbook,
jotting notes in the margins, etc.
