In this monograph we present some results in the theory of vector-valued functions, that is, of functions with range in a linear topological space, usually a Hilbert or a Banach space; the main emphasis is on the study of almost-periodic functions or of related classes such as alirost-automorphic or asymptotically almost-periodic functions.
Many classical results (we mean by "classical" the case where the range of the functions is the real line or the complex plane) possess quite obvious extensions to the general, infinite-dimensional case; one is tempted to say, most of these results do so. However, there are several instances where the extension is far from being trivial and many new and interesting phenomena may (and do) occur.
