Monica Gattinger is an assistant professor in the Public Administration Program at the University of Ottawa. M. Sharon Jeannotte is manager of the International Comparative Socio-Cultural Research Unit in the Strategic Research and Analysis Directorate of the Department of Canadian Heritage (Government of Canada). Will Straw is an associate professor in and chair of the Department of Art History and Communications at McGill University.
