"The Encyclopedia of Clubbell Training" by the inventor/guru of C.S.T (Circular Strength Training) and the "Clubbell", Scott Sonnon himself.
A Clubbell is essentially a variation on the old indian club, but with almost all the weight in the upper barrel of the club thereby allowing the user to increase or decrease the difficulty by changing the position of his or her hands on the club - similar to the way a batter chokes up on the bat in baseball to make swinging it easier and moves his or her hands closer to the bottom of the bat to make the weight of the bat more substantial. Clubbells range from 5 to 45 lbs and are very expensive, but the original DVD that contains the materials in this torrent costs about 149.00, just about as much as a pair of 15 lb. kettlebells-yikes! (So, if you like Sonnon's concepts here-you can take the dough you're saving and purchase a pair of clubbells and help Coach Sonnon on his way to the kind of sybaritic Hollywood lifestyle he'll then be requiring rehab to get out of a few years from now. It's the circle of life, folks!)
In fairness, Sonnon is an erudite and knowledgeable presenter with an estimable background in physical training (Master of Sport) and martial arts (Sambo champion and coach of the US National Sambo team) and some fascinating ideas and seems a very bright and decent fellow besides. His materials are usually of interest and never more so than here, where he's way more than half-convinced me that a pair of clubbells could be worth that kind of money. (Considering how many diy clubbell variations -involving everything from cement filled toy baseball bats to plumbing supplies can be found on youtube, this is one impressive job of convincing. :-) )
This torrent is a rip of the complete 5 dvd set in 19 m4v files. My thanks to the original ripper.
